No kits are being mailed, no specimens are being sequenced, and no payments are being taken. These terms describe how the service will operate once it launches, and are published now so they can be read before anyone is asked to agree to them.

If something is wrong with your health
We know that's a frustrating answer when you're looking at a result and have questions. It's also the honest one — telling you what a finding means for your health is exactly the line we don't cross. Download your report and bring it to a provider who can.
Working with us
Laboratories: we're actively evaluating sequencing partners for microbiome panels and are happy to talk specifics — assay validation, turnaround, specimen stability, rejection rates.
Clinicians: if you're a licensed NP, PA or physician interested in what a rigorous, honestly-scoped testing service could look like, we'd like to hear from you.
